Poljot Manual

A Poljot Shturmanskie Gagarin reproduction. The watch has a 17 jeweled 2614 movement in a 35mm chrome plated case. The dial is simple yet effective.

This is supposed to be a replica of the watch that Senior Lieutenant Juri Alexeyevich Gagarin took into space on the first manned flight in April 1961. Other sources than the official Poljot web site state that he took a Rodina watch into space and that this is simply a watch made to honour the first manned space flight.

The truth is unclear.

Poljot make good quality watches at attractive prices, at the moment.
